We carry so much in our lives day to day. Sometimes it may be groceries, some days it may be our children and other days it might be a messenger bag stuffed to the brim with work papers. We usually don’t have a choice as to what we physically carry, but we are in control of what we carry emotionally, by what (or whom) we choose to forgive.
